It can be easily and safely used with the dry method. It is ideal for deburring and increasing adhesion (matte finish) of thin plate-shaped aluminum die-cast products.
The maximum processing dimensions are W500 × H100, with a roller pitch of 100mm, and if not skipped, a minimum length of 250mm is possible. By using a jig (optional), it is also possible to process irregular shapes and short items.
